Till cousin set to speak at Arkansas City event

The Rev. Wheeler Parker, Emmett Till's cousin, best friend and the last living witness to Till's abduction, will speak at 3 p.m. Nov. 1 at the John H. Johnson Museum, 604 President St. in Arkansas City, for the annual John H. Johnson Day.
