A four-year-old tiger was found dead inside a bush in Jakkalli beat in N Begur range of Bandipur Tiger Reserve. The carcass of the big cat was discovered in a putrefied state, indicating possible injuries from infighting with an adult tiger. The incident occurred around two weeks ago. Gender could not be determined due to decomposition. Postmortem procedures were followed by NTCA.
