$734,100 is the appraisal value of the property formerly occupied by Capital City Bank at 2915 S.W. Wanamaker, which appraiser's office records show is still owned by Topeka-based Capital City Bank.
9. White Lakes Plaza
$811,640 is the appraisal value of White Lakes Plaza, 3600 S.W. Topeka Blvd., which appraiser's office records show is owned by Lindemuth's KDL Inc.. Authorities said an intentionally set fire did an estimated $100,000 damage there on Dec. 29.
8. 400 S.E. Quincy
$852,900 is the appraisal value of the building at 400 S.E. Quincy formerly occupied by Duffens Optical, which closed its doors in 2015. The property is owned by Pantego, Texas-based Duffens Investment Co. Inc.
