In fact, the owners of The Hearthstone Bistro, an iconic Muskegon restaurant that first opened in 1975, want you to come any time of the year.
“We’re a place people trust to visit for special occasions of every nature, from birthdays, graduations and anniversaries, all the way up to marriage proposals,” said co-owner Ben Soyars, who purchased the European bistro-style restaurant in 2017.
“We had more than a half-dozen proposals in the back half 2020 alone, and it’s always a special honor for us to be a small part of those memories,” he added.
