The Skanner News - 23rd Annual Safeway Truckload of Coats Supports Portland's Vulnerable Neighbors and Veterans

The Safeway Foundation announces its 23rd annual Safeway Truckload of Coats drive benefiting Transition Projects and will be held on Friday, Nov. 10. The event also honors and recognizes the military services of veterans in the metro area during Veterans Day Weekend.
