Tharoor-led parliamentary panel flags frequent internet shutdowns, says it cost India $2.8 bn in 2020

The Tharoor-led panel, which was reconstituted in October this year retaining him as chairperson, recommended undertaking a study to assess the economic impact of the internet shutdown.
