Four persons, including a pharmacist and a nursing home manager, have been arrested in Rourkela for attempting to illegally terminate a teenager's pregnancy. The accused were unsuccessful, and the victim gave birth to a baby girl. The child has been rescued and a hunt is on for the doctor involved.
