en Stuckart spent eight years as president of the Spokane City Council, often weathering the outrage and criticism slung by a frustrated public. But now that he's part of that frustrated public, he's the one slinging criticism at the council.
"I think they're failing," says Stuckart. "They're failing in their job to provide urgent public policy."
Today, as director of the Spokane Low Income Housing Consortium, he's horrified by what's happening to Spokane's housing market.
