After many months of sky-high valuations for privately-held technology companies, record-setting venture capital deals and bullish stock markets, the winds of change are blowing across the technology sector landscape. Some technology stocks have tumbled in value and there are signs that venture capitalists will become more stingy with new and follow-on financings.
