Surveillance pic released of wanted suspect who sparked police-involved shooting on Staten Island

Officers responding to a call of shots fired at Bowen St. and Sobel Court in Fox Hills around 3:50 p.m. April 16 encountered two armed men who refused commands to drop their guns, the NYPD said.
