Suncor's Commerce City oil refinery reported 13 new malfunctions

The state's Air Pollution Control Division has requested more information about the malfunctions and for status updates from the Suncor Energy oil refinery. A detailed investigation, which could include corrective action, will be a part of the division's 2024 annual inspection.
