Street paying tribute to Josiah Heapy who was killed in the 1842 Pottery Riots is given wrong name

It had been agreed one of the roads would be called Josiah Heapy Close, after a teenager who was killed by soldiers while taking part in the protests, but it was erroneously called Joseph Heapy Close.
