Stones and England reach Champions League finals and close in on titles

Footballers from Barnsley could play in both the women’s and men’s Champions League finals this month after their clubs won semi-finals this week.
Bethany England and John Stones are England internationals who were both born in Barnsley in the same week in 1994.
England plays as a striker for Chelsea who overturned a 2-1 first leg deficit by beating Bayern Munich 4-1 on Sunday.
The 5-3 aggregate win put them in the Champions League final against Barcelona in Gothenburg on May 16.
They then won 2-0 at Tottenham Hotspur on Wednesday to go two points clear at the top of the Women’s Super League which concludes on Sunday.
