State project to install solar panels at 32 agricultural workers' homes in the Lower Yakima Valley

TOPPENISH, Wash. — The Washington State Department of Commerce has launched a $970,000 pilot project to provide free solar panels to agricultural workers residing in the Lower Yakima Valley.
