State contractor working on Queens highway fatally struck by driver in chain-reaction crash

The victim was inside a work zone on the eastbound side of the Grand Central Parkway near 34th Ave. in North Corona when a driver heading east sideswiped a vehicle about 10:15 a.m., cops said.
