Just as the ninth season of
The Block NZ hits its stride, an apartment from the last season has been listed for sale.
Stacy Heyman and Adam Middleton’s two-level heritage apartment in the Kingsland “firehouse”, which fetched $1.48 million immediately after the Block live auction in September 2019, will be auctioned by Bayleys Ponsonby on July 28, 2021.
The northwest-facing, three-bedroom apartment is one of five created within the former Kingsland fire station in Auckland, and was often picked as the frontrunner in the competition. At the time of the Block auction, the price fetched was a record for an apartment in Kingsland.
