Days after the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) issued a notice to Indian low-cost airline SpiceJet on a petition filed by an aircraft lessor seeking initiation of insolvency resolution proceedings against it, the airline has categorically stated that it has no plans whatsoever to file for insolvency.
