Spearfish PD's answer to recruitment: higher wages, bonuses, and new positions

To adapt to the rising population, the Spearfish Police Department is actively recruiting more police officers and dispatchers. The department is focusing on competitive wages to attract candidates along with new positions and programs/policies.
