Southern Highlands gallery a place for kids to dream big, says Ben Quilty

The Southern Highlands was a cultural desert when Ben Quilty moved there to raise a family. Now the founder of the first regional gallery say it will be a place for kids to make art and learn about it so they will have a lifelong appreciation.
