FRANKLIN (Somerset) – One of the nation's largest online custom picture framers will be moving into a 45,300-square-foot building on 2.06 acres at 6 Shirley Ave. in the township's Somerset section.
CustomPictureFrames.com, the manufacturer of picture and other framing solutions, will relocate to the township from its current location on Martin Avenue in South River.
CustomPictureFrames.com was represented by the CBRE team of Bill Waxman and Christopher Griffith in the site selection and negotiations.
“Our client was attracted to the facility due to its excellent location as well as the ability to potentially add a retail component,” Griffith said in a press release. “The company is making a major commitment to the New Jersey market and will be able to take advantage of Somerset’s positive business climate and the ability to attract more employees as it grows its operations.”
