Improvement works on the Roman Bank in Skegness will close the road fully for just over eight months.
Work is being carried out between Roman Bank’s junction with Burgh Road/Castleton Boulevard and just past the junction with Elmhirst Avenue.
Lincolnshire County Council will start the work on Monday, September 7 and aim to replace worn out carriageway and footpaths, improve drainage and refurbish a pedestrian crossing.
As part of the project, a 24/7 road closure will be in place on the 550m stretch of road.
