消息称一嗨租车考虑进行10亿美元香港IPO

资料显示，2020年6月神州租车拥有用户规模326万人，市场份额约为23%；联动云租车、一嗨租车（11%）、GoFun出行和赫兹为行业头部企业，市场份额均在8%及以上。
值得一提的是，7月8日上午，神州租车刚刚完成私有化，正式从香港联交所退市。
公告中显示，Indigo Glamour为注册于开曼群岛的离岸公司，该公司由MBK Partners Fund IV全资拥有。
而在2019年一嗨租车的私有化交易中，MBK Partners也参与其中。换言之，昔日的两大竞争对手，现在成为同一个基金掌控下的兄弟公司。
