Sideways: Memoir of a Misfit now available in audio, braille

Nelson’s Diana Cole published Sideways: Memoir of a Misfit in 2015, but today, her book is getting a boost as it is being published in audio and braille format by the Washington State Library. A long-time resident of Nelson, Cole’s deeply personal memoir is about war and displacement, detailing her birth in an Idaho internment camp during WWII and subsequent familial upheaval.
