Should Fish and Wildlife keep killing barred owls? Agency wants public input

The service will hold two virtual meetings on Dec. 4 and Dec. 14 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. asking for feedback on their barred owl management plan, which recommends prolonged killing of the birds via shooting in order to protect local spotted owl populations.
