A Craigneuk man was caught with a knife while on bail awaiting sentence on a similar charge.
A Hamilton sheriff said Daniel Boyle’s behaviour “beggared belief” as he ordered him to serve extra jail time.
Boyle, 31, of Laurel Drive, admitted unlawful possession of a blade in Meadowhead Road and Shieldmuir Street on May 14.
