's share price surged to a high of 75.5 sen in afternoon trade on Monday board of directors has agreed in principle, to appoint Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd as the independent reviewer.
In a statement to Bursa Malaysia on Monday, it said EY will assess veracity and accuracy of the matters highlighted by the external auditors, KPMG PLT.
“An updated announcement will be made upon the finalisation of terms and conditions of the said appointment, ” it said in a statement at the midday break.
At 3.28pm, its share price was up seven sen to 67.5 sen with 854m shares done. Its warrants climbed three sen to 11.5 sen.
