Searcy to add bridge, fix old one at Yancey Park, build retaining wall on library side to stop Gin Creek erosion

A bridge will be constructed at Yancey Park, and the current one fixed, as part of a $154,382.50 effort by the city of Searcy to curtail erosion by Gin Creek.
