SCOTTSVILLE (WINA) – Scottsville Elementary School — and that school only — is closed today because of a power outage. The building is closed… and there is no virtual learning for those students. School meals will be available through the meal delivery program… or may be picked up from Walton Middle School between 11am and noon.
