SC boat driver admits drinking beer the day of fatal lake crash but says he wasn't drunk

Stan Kiser was killed when a speedboat driven by Tracy Gordon collided with the Kiser family’s pontoon boat near the Rusty Anchor restaurant on Lake Murray.
