Sarasota driver caught on camera driving on sidewalk to avoid rush hour traffic

After a resident told the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office about a driver who frequently would drive on the sidewalk to bypass rush hour traffic, a deputy decided to wait and watch — and caught them in the act.
