Santa Barbara County Public Health officials reported 137 new cases of COVID-19 over two days, bringing the county's total to 31,763 confirmed cases as of February 25.
Eighty-five new cases were added on Wednesday and 52 new cases were added on Thursday.
Daily numbers were not released on Wednesday because of a delay in data from the state.
