Rusk County's Tree of Angels dedication set for Dec. 14

Rusk County commissioners approved Gov. Greg Abbott’s proclamation that the week of Dec. 4-10 be recognized as the Tree of Angels Week during the Court’s Tuesday morning regular meeting.
