Well weve just heard trump on twitter with his talk of obliteration against iran very strong words but this comes as we have a new bill put forward by both a democrat and a republican in congress and this bill would essentially prevent the United States from attacking iran without congressional approval it would tie the hands of the president now its an amendment to the National Defense authorization act and essentially what the bill does is it restricts the president from attacking iran it says that any military action against iran not approved by congress would not be funded make sure that no funding could go to such an act unless it had statutory authorization here is how the members of congress explained it.
