Arizona softball fell behind early to Florida State on Thursday and never recovered, losing 4-2 to the Seminoles in the first game of a three-game series.
For the second time in three games, the No. 2 Wildcats (13-2) failed to make much noise offensively. Arizona was shut out 2-0 by UCF Monday, then responded with a 8-0 run-rule victory over Florida A&M Wednesday before falling flat against FSU pitcher
