At the Feb. 7 Rotary Club of Kirksville meeting, Deputy Fire Chief Travis Gregory and Battalion Chief Michael Robinson spoke about the emergency services and community education the Kirksville Fire Department provides, which are in addition to its fire fighting responsibilities. Gregory said they answered 3,047 calls last year, up from just under 1,900 calls in 2019 when he first joined the Kirksville Fire Department.
