Our parents started Rosita’s back in 1972 in the small room at the back of the restaurant, which we still use today. Back then it was only our father, Luis Balli, serving a room of up to 32 guests and our mother, Beatriz Balli, in the kitchen. Now we serve up to 500 guests through three rooms and the patio with a staff of 35. We are so grateful for where we have gotten to and have enjoyed seeing all the generations of our families and yours at our tables.<br/><br/>While we celebrate this special anniversary with all of you, we will also be donating 25% of sales from the weekend to the DeKalb County Community Foundation.<br/><br/>Gracias and Salud to another 50 years!<br/><br/>Schedule of Events:<br/>Saturday, July 16:<br/>3pm: Join us for a toast and anniversary cake to kick-off the weekend of events<br/>6-9pm: Local band “Home by 12” performing live music on the patio<br/><br/>Sunday, July 17: 1-3pm: Salsa classes on the patio (begins every 30 minutes) – feel free to drop in or sign-up in advance here<br/>4-6pm: Live Mariachi Band<br/><br/>
