Rolesville, N.C. — On thursday night, Rolesville became the first school not named Wake Forest to win a Northern Athletic Conference championship in football. This was thanks to a 29-21 clinching victory over its rival Heritage from just over the town border. The Rams looked outstanding in the second half after finding themselves down to the Huskies 14-12 at the break.
Thanks to Rolesville's 36-3 win over regular powerhouse Wake Forest last week and tonight's win over Heritage, the Rams secured the top spot for playoff seeding out of the NAC 6.
