Mansfield Senior High, 124 N. Linden Ave., Mansfield, March 2. Improper storage of poisonous or toxic materials (critical, corrected during inspection). WD-40 observed stored beside Cheez-It crackers on shelf near Hobart mixer. Listed item was relocated.

Ohio 97, Bellville, March 2. Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean (critical, corrected during inspection). Tomato slicer has production build-up. PIC had piece of equipment cleaned. Quaternary ammonium sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature, concentration, and/or water hardness (critical, corrected during inspection). Sani bucket at 100 ppm. PIC had all buckets changed.
