In Court in Richland County Today, Matthew E. Berry of Washington will go before a judge in Richland County for a charge of retail theft. During that time, they will be reviewing a case involving Berry and a charge of possession of meth. That hearing is set for 10 this morning. A Sentencing hearing is set today for an Olney man who was found guilty of possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, and meth delivery. 43-year-old Dustin L. Petticrew will be sentenced in Richland County Court at 11 AM this morning. A Preliminary Hearing is set for this afternoon for 51-year-old Daniel J. Vanwinkle of Dundas.Vanwinkle faces a count of possession of meth. His court appearance is set for 1:30 this afternoon.
