Volvo South Africa expanded its XC40 line-up with the addition of a new T4 model. Before this model's introduction, the XC40 family consisted of T3, T5, and D4 models, all comprising three- and four-cylinder engines in petrol and diesel guises. The T4 offerings are powered by a turbocharged petrol engine with healthy levels of power.
Shortly after its local introduction, Wheels24 took delivery of the XC40 T4 Inscription for an extended test. In the coming months, we will experience the car in a more intimate setting, understand its intricacies a lot better, and gauge its position in the market.
The XC40 T4 Inscription retails for R715 800, and comes standard with a five-year or 100 000km maintenance plan and a five-year or 100 000km warranty.
