Retiring Upper Chesapeake Health leader honored at final Harford council meeting of 2021

The Harford County Council meeting began on a celebratory note Tuesday when members presented Lyle Sheldon, retiring president and CEO of University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health, with a proclamation to acknowledge his 34-year career and myriad contributions to the community.
