Respite for Delhiites as IMD forecasts thunderstorms in NCR today

Heavy rains lashed several parts of the national capital earlier this week after torrential rainfall a day before that brought the city to a standstill due to waterlogging.

Friday was extremely humid in Delhi, with the maximum temperature being at 34.8 degrees Celsius and humidity levels oscillating between 94% and 64%
In Delhi, Palam recorded a high of 33.7 degrees Celsius and a low of 26.5 degrees Celsius
Neighbouring Gurgaon recorded a maximum temperature of 33.4 degrees Celsius
New Delhi: Bringing respite to citizens amid humid conditions, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted thunderstorms with light to moderate intensity rainfall in parts of Delhi and NCR on Saturday.
