Police are investigating after a death in the Auckland suburb of Remuera.
Police are not ruling out foul play one month on from the death of a prominent Auckland health boss at her home in Remuera.
Detectives continue to treat the sudden death on April 5 of Pauline Hanna, also known as Pauline Polkinghorne, as unexplained, as their investigation entered its fourth week.
Stuff has learned detectives have information suggesting Hanna had recently enlisted the services of a private investigator.
As part of their inquiry, dubbed Operation Kian, they are working to track down that private investigator, whom Hanna had employed within the year before her death, it is understood.
