Reduced urgent care centre hours should not impact emergency wait times, says hospital system

Staff will again be watching the impact on emergency departments when new hours are implemented at the UCCs on July 5 — closing the doors of the facilities from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m. — while developing plans to mitigate any potential impacts.
