Brian Steven Carter Jr., 23, of the 400 block of Carroll Street, was sentenced in Montgomery County Court to 3 to 6 years in a state correctional facility in connection with incidents that occurred between 2014 and 2018 in Pottstown and Upper Pottsgrove Township.
