Man gets 20-yr jail term for raping minor. The additional district-cum-special Pocso court, Jajpur, on Tuesday sentenced a 23-year-old man to 20 years of imprisonment for kidnapping and raping a 13-year-old girl two years back. The court also imposed a fine of Rs 3.40 lakh on convict Debashis Behera. If he fails to pay to pay the fine, his sentence would be increased by 31 months.
