Ramaphosa, Duarte to present arguments against Magashule in suspension matter

Ace Magashule wants his suspension overturned, and the resolution in question to be declared unconstitutional. He is also asking the court to affirm his authority to issue a suspension letter against Cyril Ramaphosa.
