Officers found the truck and tried to get the driver to stop, but she kept going into West Warwick and "led pursing officers through several neighboring communities, as well as onto the highway," police said.
The driver "ultimately came to a stop in a private driveway" after turning into a dead-end neighborhood in East Greenwich, R.I.
Police confirmed that the truck was a marked Boston Fire Department pickup. It was allegedly stolen from the Boston Fire Department Academy in Quincy on Thursday, the police said.
Dunham was also charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle, second offense reckless driving/eluding police, obstruction of officers in execution of duty and operating on a suspended license.
