Ponca City, OK – The Oklahoma State School Board Association recently honored five school board members from across Oklahoma as this year’s 2023 All-State School Board, recognizing their outstanding service to their communities, school district, and state. JD Soulek (pictured left), long time board member for Pioneer Technology Center (PTC) is from Zone 2, which is the area near Blackwell, he is a resident of Nardin. Soulek’s knowledge and experience has been instrumental to the Pioneer Tech Board of Education for 23 years.
