Prisoner dies under mysterious circumstances in Banda jail

A prisoner lodged in the Banda district jail on charges of molestation and under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act died under mysterious circumstances on Sunday evening.

The jail officials claimed that the prisoner died of cardiac failure while the family members alleged
